No Returns or Refunds Policy

At this time, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Because many of our products are made to order or produced in limited quantities, we are unable to accept returned merchandise or issue refunds due to:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Color preference
Buyer's remorse
Accidental orders

Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and its packaging

If we determine that your item is defective or that an error occurred on our part, we will, at our discretion:

Replace the item, or
Provide another appropriate resolution as required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if production has not yet begun. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
