Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Southern Feral Company LLC! We work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is received. During new product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

If your order includes custom or made-to-order items, additional production time may be required.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Estimates

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are typically:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately at whitney@southernferal.com.
  • If your order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to update the address.
  • If the order has already shipped, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Southern Feral Company LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Check around your delivery location.
  2. Ask neighbors or household members.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
  4. If you still need assistance, email us and we'll help where we can.

Southern Feral Company LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We'll review your claim promptly and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Brokerage fees

Southern Feral Company LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability or fulfillment locations. If this happens, you'll receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
